EASY ways to take care of yourself as a busy mom Not tomorrow, right now.
- Pause and breath. Deep breaths into the nose and out of the mouth. This will reset your nervous system.
- Do 1 thing a day to intentionally care for yourself. Take time to make your favorite drink or take a bath or meditate for 5 mins – just make sure there is at least one thing for you
- Listen to uplifting music. It can change your body’s frequency. Find my favorite here.
- Mix salt and coconut oil/olive oil in a jar and keep in your shower. When feeling very stressed shower as normal and then scrub with salt/oil mix. Imagine the stress going down
- Forgive yourself for any mistakes and let go of perfection. It’s your presence that is needed not your perfection.
